If you like leaky roof's and trashy hallways, this apartment complex is for you.

It's people like the ones that live in #6303 that give apartments a bad name. These guys leave bag after bag of trash in the hallways, they think that if they stack the garbage in front of someone elses door it will just go away. Too bad I can't post pictures.

The walls are paper thin by the way and its the first apartment in Austin that I've had any complaint's about.

If I wanted to smell trash everytime I walk outside, I can just pitch a tent next to the dumpster and live for free.

AMEN!! I'm in building 3 man w/ the same issues! woke up to a flood in the living room, there are broken bottles, cups, cigarette packages, trash and all kinds of filth from the building to the parking lot, ohh....and a ROACH INFESTATION!!!

Roaches...check Leaks.....check Broken blass behind my vehicle...check Poor maintenance response...check Garbage dumpster always overflowing...check Can hear upstairs tenants walking...check HORRIBLE!!!!!

roger that. that dumpster gets terrible. i feel for you guys around that thing. and the smell would choke ya if you stayed too long. ain't this place grand??
