I'm currently living in this dump of an apartment complex. Looks decent on the outside until trash pickup then those poor people by the compactor have a view of overflowing bags of trash that nearly flow into the street!
My apartment flooded because of a bad pipe in the washroom that we complained had already been leaking 4 weeks prior to the flood. After putting in work requests ( which mysteriously don't exist anymore ) no one came by. The night of the flooding the emergency on call guy acted like it was nothing and I had to plead with him to show up. They pulled nearly 30 gallons of water out of the carpet that had by then ( 2 hours later ) soaked about 4 feet into the carpet on all adjacent rooms to the laundry room. The answering service was good but they can do nothing to help you. The apartment people weren't even aware of the flooding as no one reported it to them until we walked in to see why no one had come by. They didn't even bring blower fans to dry the carpet until the afternoon of the next day. It has now coming up on a week and the carpet is all cut up and no padding underneath and there are holes all in the laundry wall from the pipe replacement. Still no management has even called or come by to check on the progress. They completely do not care. Their equipment is still sitting in the living room as they don't even come by to pick it up. The maintenance crew does what they can but this place is a wreck. Another woman that lives here had an apt above leak into hers. When they were gonna move to a new unit it had mold on the interior. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE. The mailboxes are broken too as several are hanging open and have loose mechanisms. They finally fixed the entry gate but put out no memo about the gate code so their are huge lines of cars waiting all the time cause they cannot get in due to not having the code. And the huge brick shaped gate clicker does not even work. God help you if you live here and all else stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!
