Facilities are awful. Gate rarely works. Fitness center equip. insufficient. There is not enough equipment and the few cardio machines they do have are always broken. The door lock is also busted so if you are a woman, you cant even feel comfortable working out in the dark there considering the gate is probably not working as well. Frequent car break-ins. Filthy stairwells. Slow responses to work orders. They charge for amenities they do not adequately provide, but never forget to tell you when your rent went up. Not enough trash dumpsters. there are tons of better places to rent

you are going to find problems like that anywhere you go... quit whinning I have lived there for almost 3 years and never had any problems...if you're that into working out, you should get a gym membership-the gym is something you get to see before you ever move in anyway.

That response is BS. You pay enough in rent to EXPECT equipment that works,gatecodes prior to them locking them up, Operating door locks, and atleast a phone call or note if they are gonna completely disregard your work order, and to feel safe when you are here. This place is a rathole and I cannot wait to get out of here. For the money we pay all they have done is put new stuff on the office building. And still have not been by to patch the holes in my wall that they made. You will NOT find this most places you go unless you're in the ghetto which is how this one feels. It belongs around riverside or some other leaky insect infested, moldy, trashy place. you must work here smith700 or you are just blind.
