I have lived here for almost 2 years. We have had no problems with anything. If something malfunctions, they send maintenence to repair it that day. The entire staff is extremely personable and attentive. We have no problems with parking space. The other tenents we've met here, have been friendly. There is even a closed circuit channel on your tv that lets you watch everyone driving through the front gate. They have lots of community activities (with food)most weekends. In the clubhouse there is a free gift wrapping and coffee station. The gym, pool, and computer room is nice. The only complaint I have is the some of the traffic on Wells Branch Parkway, but that's the price you pay for convenience to I-35. Overall, these apartments would make an excellent place to live for anyone looking for a well kept, well run, well built community...and no, I don't work for this company : )

I dont know if you have they same apartment, we live at Wyndhaven...where it took them 2 months to fix the mold covering the wall in my bedroom! Every person that I have met that lives here, wants to leave immediately. Wow.....
