The management is ridiculous! The charged me $200 because I was 5 days late on my 60 day move out notice. Not only that it took them over 2 months to fix mold in one of the bedrooms, the bathtub was painted over and completely peeled, the toilets leaked, and there was a dog scent that had my cats scratching walls( which they had never EVER done). The walls are so thin you can hear everything above, below, and next to you. In my last apartment maintenance was over to fix problems within 24 hours, this place took weeks. We lived here about a month before we knew that we wanted to leave. There is something posted on your door all the time. The trash is always over-filled and the "car cleaning" area had a vacuum that did not work for months. The gates never work and people with remotes are always waiting at the gate for long periods of time. I lived at my last apartment for 5 years and never had any problems. The apartments "look" nice and the model "looks" great, but in reality they are falling apart. My Water bill was insane, 2 people that worked constantly and the bill was still $60-$70 a month. The air condition did not work in the bedroom after countless times that they supposedly "fixed" it. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
