I have lived here for 5 years and the current management team is by far the best! Many improvements to the property are being made. We will soon have a new pool as well as the previous one, for a total of two. There is a new business center and game room. In addition, a new gym is being built and soon to be completed. There are certainly exciting changes being made.

In terms of maintenance, repairs are done in a timely manner. The process has been streamlined to better serve the resident. The landscape and grounds are always impeccable. Very impressed! I am proud to live here.

The office staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. Since taking over, the new group has had numerous resident apprciation activies. Examples are: Breakfast given at the gate as we all left for work, a festival for residents with drawings for prizes, pizza nights, as well as other fun "get togethers". Over all I am very happy with my experience here.

Breakfast at the gate?!? I lived here for two years and that never happened. This apartment complex is going downhill. The new management does not know what they are doing. I would go in the office one day and they would tell me one thing and go in the next day they would tell me something completely different. DO NOT believe this review. This person obviously works here. I am happy I no longer live here!!!
