moved in the very beginning of may after looking at only two other places. when we came and looked they had great "look and lease" specials and we got a great price on moving in. plus, they were renovating the pool and getting all brand new fitness equipment.
its now the 3rd week of september and neither one has happened.
the very first day we moved in the closet rack fell out of the wall with little pressure on it. maintenance promptly came to fix it the next day after we called them. then our laundry room door kept falling off the track and we had to call them again. took a little bit longer for them to come.. but they finally did. now, it has fallen off again and disposal in kitchen is leaking. i've called the "24 hr maintence people" for a week now and no one answers the phone. so when we all fall through the floor because the kitchen floor has rotted.. i'll be damned if i'm payin that for them.
parking's horrible anytime past 7pm, any night.
sometimes lights in outside hallways don't work.
parking lot has NO lights.
and traffic is always bad here.
come may 2010.. we're looking to move to pflugerville.
