A little pricey, but overall a good experience - We lived in a 1:1 in Woodtrail and had a pretty good experience. It was pretty small for the two of us and our cat. We only paid around $700 though, which for that part of Austin, isn't too bad. We never had to call for anything because everything was in good working order.
