University Canyon (formerly Sterling University Canyon) 37% Recommended May 08 2008: I have lived here for two years. The property isn't perfect...but none are. It's good place to live if you want privacy and you're on a budget. Fully furnished with washer/ dryer and free internet and cable. The staff is Treaty Oaks Apartments 17% Recommended May 08 2008: This place was horrible. I never unpacked my things, never used the kitchen, could not cook in the tiny kitchen bcs the roach problem was deplorable! Then I find that the horrible scratching noise above me ( thought it was Monterone Canyon Creek (formerly Mansions at Canyon Creek) 27% Recommended May 08 2008: The best advice I could possibly give is to stay away. The apartments look cosmetically quite nice, but are in fact very cheap and low quality. Be prepared to hear your neighbors from the entire building through the paper thin The Cottages at Wells Branch(formerly Camden Ridgeview & Quail Ridge) 44% Recommended May 08 2008: About a week after we moved in, the complex was sold. Which kind of messed everything up, because Camden left the place a mess from the previous tenant. We had to have the refridgerator and the dishwasher replaced. Plus, because Wind River Crossing Apartments 39% Recommended May 08 2008: I can say that his entire review of this establishment is all due to his inability to understand a simple lease. It clearly states he must pay a pet deposit if he wishes to have a pet in his apartment. |
