Could benefit by some improvements such as :
Covered parking, playgrounds, basketball courts and/or skateboarding areas for teens, a courtyard with benches (and 3 or 4 BBQ grills)where residents can sit and visit, maintenance and repair could be a little speedier. All electric, heat/air, on-site laundro-mats, water paid. Not a bad place to live.

you're full of crap.The residents here are all druggies/thieves & the poor elderly are afraid to leave their apartments for fear of their apartments being broke into(it happened to my mother that still lives there because of the "cheap rent")& their only 1 security guard Lenny is a pothead so he's pretty much worthless as far as protecting anything.They & pretty much every apartment in general don't care what kind of trash they let move in as long as they get those all mighty dollars flowing thru their fingers each month.whoever wrote this review above,you don't know the half of it & apparantly you haven't lived in Azle before or long enough.Sure it looks grand when you first come to the area but after you're there(not long either)you'll see & then you'll be hightailing it out of there just like we did & then my mother has the nerve to move back there,why she did is beyond me.
