This is not a "community" to safely live in. Much corruption exists here. Lots of criminals live here, not sure how that happened (may be money under the table').

Would not recommend this complex to any one; not a healthy nor safe place to live. Not children friendly; not elder friendly or safe; lots of dead birds and droppings on the grounds; don't move here.
