When I moved in the apartment was not clean or ready. After some complaining, it was cleaned and painted and new carpet put in it. I lived there for nearly two years. The maintainance guy was quick to repair anything I needed. In the past few months, they have really started cleaning the place up and renovating. It is a relatively quite place to live. Convence is a plus.
