Jan. 8, 2004, the sewage flood, caused by our neighbors pouring bacon grease down their drain.

Two months after the flood, we still had no baseboards and mildew started to form:

To this day, we still have no padding under the carpet.

Every day, if I want it clean out back, I have to clean it, as they refuse to keep the grounds clean, and let trash around the dumpsters pile up:

I have had a car battery stolen, a nail purposely shoved into the side of my tire, and while the security guard has been on duty, two cars have been stolen in the last month. The maintenance supervisor rides around in the golf cart all day, spitting tobacco all over the place, on the ground, right in front of my kids, where they are playing. We went a week with no hot water, only because the tobacco spitting yahoo, decided that he would over ride the tech that identified that the water heater we did have was about 20 years old and we needed a new one, and try to rewire it. When we called for the 10th time, he came here pissed off, and asked my wife "well, what the h*ll do you keep doing to it" as if it were her fault the d**n thing was rusted out, leaking, and not heating any longer. When we called about the dirty carpet and no padding, the lady in the office told my wife she was just going to have to wait, as they were putting a new roof on the apartments, and didnt have time for petty stuff like this. So, three months after our flood, the apartment still smells like sewage, carpet is still dirty, and still has no padding.

DO NOT LIVE HERE....one way or another, you're gonna get violated!
