I used to live here from 2001-2002 when the lease was up, and the only reason I moved was because the price went from 605-635, but now that I'm making more money I'm moving back over there. The management has gone in and remodeled all units. I never had one problem when I lived there before. So, all I really can say is, you get what you pay for, but if you can afford to pay higher prices go right ahead.
