I lived here for a year....and to say it was the worst is an understatement! I have 5 instances where I had sewage back up into my toliet and bathtub. Each situation worst than the last. Everytime I was given the excuse that it was other tenants flushing objects not meant for disposal down the toliet. Funny, how I was the only person with that problem. It was nasty, gross, and unsanitiary! The 5th time, I had had enough!! I demanded that it be cleaned by an outside cleaning company, because I had enough of cleaning sewage! I had a roof leak that took almost a month and a half to fix. The fact that it happened during the raining season didnt help! Everytime it rained I had buckets in my kitchen catching rain water. The neighboring apartment had a flood and all the water seeped over into my mine and caused major havoc. It took them about 2 days to get a carpet cleaner to clean up. Then an extra day to complete the clean up! AC broke on more than one occasion. The office staff lied about submiting maintenance requests, a fact I knew only because I had the Maintenace supervisors cell phone number, due to my constant issues!! I would call him, as a last resort only to find out a request had never been submitted! Do not live here!! You will lose your sanity dealing with them!

I agree... Still waiting months later for work orders that will never be done and the funny part is there the corporate office too. You ask to speak someone besides management and they say there is no one because the owner doesn't want his number given out.LOL
