Maintenance is horrible

Maintenance is horrible! Downstairs AC doesn't work! No communication. Constantly having to ask about repair status. Won t finish a repair job and then they don't show up the next day as promised. Repairs are inadequate when they do show up.
Laundry room gets locked at night but not always unlocked until 3 in the afternoon!
