I totally agree. I have wrote a review on them as well. After alot of research and request I came up with the owners number, which everyone refuse when you ask. I have waited over two months to have my ac done with five kids. Cindy nor the staff does anything they promise you. The lease states that you send a certified letter stating what wrong with your home. Allow 5-7 days for them to fix at that point if they don't fix. You have the right to break the lease. You can call the owner Shylie at 214-357-4441. If we work together we can get something done. Hope this helps.
