I've lived here since August 2006. It was great living here, until new management took over in July 2007. I went from the end of July until the end of August without air conditioning, with two toddlers and two adults in the house. The maintenance here is horrible! They either don't fix it, or they half fix it and don't come back to finish. I requested extermination service in May, June and July. They finally sent someone out in July, who refused to spray because he said my apartment was "dirty". I have two kids who are at home all day with their father, and granted there are toys all over, but that was about it. Management puts a notice on my door saying I"m in violation of my lease. When I call the office and ask about it, the girl was like, "What did he mean by dirty' Is there stuff on the patio, or the breezeway'" They never even came to the apartment to investigate his claims, they just put the notice on my door.

There have been three shootings here since January 2008, people are constantly moving in and out, and management doesn't communicate with the residents. I actually heard one of the shootings occur at 2:15 in the morning. I left for work at 5:30AM and saw the police tape and medical examiner's truck. I called the office about 10am to ask about it, and they hemmed and hawed. When I told her I heard and saw everything, they reluctantly admitted there'd been a shooting and they were planning to notify residents. They never did. I even had someone try to steal my car, but luckily, a neighbor was awake and callled police, who caught him in the act.

I live there and they sorry my ceiling been leaking since april and the havent fixed it and my air dont work up stairs and theses bad ass kids are tearing up the apts and breaking ---- and screaming all in front of my door. dont move here they are big but they are not worth the rent
