I have lived in these apartments since July 2008 and when i first moved in they didn't let me see my apartment i told the young girl at the front office i want down stairs b/c i have kids and on the day i was suppose to go get my keys she told my apartment was a upstairs. it took them 3 weeks to get me my mailbox key , and someone tried to break in my apartment and then it takes me to call and go up there about 5 times before a work order is complete b/c they stated it was never one received when i moved in there there was roaches and the apartmwent and refrigator had nats and dirty and smelled. this is not a place to live the amount they are charging for rent is not worth staying here especially if you got kids. police patrol all day and its always something happening in the apartment , if the economy was not so bad and i could afford to move i would, please dont move here.... x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

Yeah, I know all about that. I have just moved and they haven't sent my deposit. Oh yeah its over 30 days. I asked for a walk thru before I left and the lady just didn't show. Then two weeks later the manager Madonna straight up said they took 100 from my deposit because of normal wear and tear. I explained in there lease it states about Bad Faith and they have acted in that and I will be taking them to court. The little man that don't want nobody to call him is the one of the owners and he won't do Nothing but I been keeping a record. Thank God...
