I dont know where they hire the staff for the office but they should fire each and everyone of them with ------------- being number one on the list. She became the manager when I lived there. My apartment leaked water, air conditioning went out, had mold problems, and the noise was unbeleiveable. They all need a 4 year course in professionalism and customer service skills.

The grounds are only clean and neat at the front. The more you go to the back of the complex the trashier it gets. Old baby diapers and trash was everywhere. The maintenance men when they did come out smelled so bad it left an odor in my unit. I was without air for weeks but they made no recourse to fix it until I threatened them. The electric usage is rediculous. Most months my electric bill was more than my rent of $591 and I was home about twice a week. Safety was an issue. Several apartments were burglarized and the doors kicked in. The security guard that was hired to patrol would be riding around in his car flirting with minors. The pool was gross. The kids usually end up with a rash after they swim. BEWARE!!!!

The best thing here is parking. I never had an issue with that.
