I expected more from a luxury apt. complex. Recently someone ran into our mailboxes. There has been constant electrical problems and the plumbing is horrible. The neighbors are very loud and parking (unless you opt. to pay for a garage or covered parking) is not that good. The monthly water bill is out-rageous! There was a break-in when I first moved but nothing has happened since. Office personnel seems to change every quarter. Overall, I have had better and I have had worse. I saw the lady run into the mailbox. She left her car running and what does that have to do with the property. I had ALOT of issues with the old manager and notices that I wasnt suppose to get, but I do have to say things have changed!!!! I got breakfast as I was leaving the other day and $5 PaPa Johns pizza at the entryway when I was coming home. I have NEVER gotten that anywhere else. Miguel is so helpful too!! I have stopped him for a light bulb and he brought it right back. I TOTALLY disagree with who ever wrote this!

That is good that things are changing. How would you explain the gate, the plumbing, the dog pee and poop on the stairway, the constant loud music, domestic violence, the wasps, the 40's at the gate, the kids running into parked vehicles with their bikes, and yes you're right, I forgot about the notices. So did the same lady that hit the mailbox run the gate over too? Maybe this was caused by the constant changes in management. WOW, $5 PAPA JOHNS Pepperoni and cheese only!! Yippee! Glensire Villas down the street has the same. If that is all it takes to make you happy then we should talk...You have a right to TOTALLY disagree as you put it....just as I have a right to post my response..
