My main complaint is about their "rules" which includes not accepting rent if your water bill is $50 or more. I paid almost $1,000 a month for rent but they would not accept my rent payment several times because my water bill was even as little as $48, yes $48, which clearly is not even breaking their "rules". They seemed to make up rules whenever they pleased that did not make any sense. Some of the office people are very rude especially Crystal Duncan the so called assistant office manage. She will make your time there very difficult and uncomfortable. She is a true -----! Avoid these apartments at all costs. They are pretty nice but not worth the hassle. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I agree. I was in a 8 month lease here, and constantly had issues with Crystal Duncan, I am glad that some one else could see it. She also put allot of false late payments on my credit because we have had several issues with one another. I ever have a letter from the new management that took over stating that the amount on my credit was never owed. She is completely unprofessional and SHE is the reason I advise NOT living there...if she is still there!
