This is a pretty o.k. place to live. The rent is a little steep. The maintenance guy Miguel is GREAT!!!! the best maintenance that I have ever dealt with in my rental history. HE is friendly and efficient. Usually your issues are handled in the same day. As far as the parking it SUCKS. There is a sign posted that unauthorized vehicles will be towed - meaning if you are a visitor you need to park in spaces designated for VISITORS. However this rarely takes place, but park under the carport without a tag and you're outta here. For how much you pay for rent we should either have designated parking spots or parking should be strictly enforced. As far as security, it is pretty secure. the gate is kinda dumb because anyone can get in if you wait long enough, but we have one mesquite, one balch springs, and 2 dallas sheriffs that live one the property, do courtesy patrols and are available after hours for security issues. THe office staff turn over is ridiculous. you get some good people and some who suck. Neighbors are o.k. pretty friendly,except for the GHETTO people who moved across the hall from us the guy is alcoholic who plays music LOUD in the car for no reason and beats up his girlfriend. she called finally called the police out so things have been quieter. This a good place to live it has small imperfections, but the apartments are nice and spacious. NO ROACHES, they do pest control on a regular basis to help keep it that way. No real problem have lived here for 20 months. will be moving in August because they want to go up on rent again, and that is not feasible. (this place is nice-but not nice enough to pay more than what we are paying already)
