1. office management is aweful, very disrespectful, unprofessional, criminals and all are having sex with each other and the police officers. They will go into your apartment with out permission and rumble around your apartment go through your stuff.Steal your rent money, then evit you and throw your things out to the curb for, give away your things and let the Ghetto people rumble through it. I saw this happen to 8 people while i lived there. Thank goodness Maudi the manager at the time was put in jail for it.
2. The security wich are police officers for the city will harass you if you are young. example two days after I moved in Trey Clifton (police officer) came to my door at 5 in the morning threw a bag of beer cans at me and said if i want to live here I better not party and I better not throw my beer cans around the property (i didnt have anyone over that night and the beer cans he fouind were three buildings down. One night he was going on a date, I had a friend she was 20 carrying some beer to my apartment I bought to drink, he stop put his truck in park and wrote he a MIP ticket there on the spot off duty then when about on his date. He did nothing but harass me the three plus years I lived there, and he almost lost his apartment and job over it when I contacted a news station.
3. The apartment building over, there was a shooting, a few weeks later the police showed up to another building with M-16's and shot guns drawn...the police were always called there. Break ins all the time.
4. the water bills are riduculous, they write people up for every and any thing
5. bunch of illegals there, very ghetto. I had a daughter of an illegal family knock in my door during a tornado to ask what those sirens mean!!
6. when you move out they charge you for things you didnt do with no pictures to show
7. The pool is ghetto with Ghetto and Illegal families that let their kids in the pool with dirty diapers. The people from the trashed out apartment next door jump the gates to steal the work out equipment and break into cars.
8. Gate was always broke, they change office management all the time, office always closed...they will slam the door in your face. the foundation to the apartments are all cracked and cracked walls in the apartments.
9. very bad sewage problems
10. make sure they see your parking stick, they will tow the SOB in a second...the towing company will pick your car up for no reason, Had this done to me they didnt see my parking sticker and towed my vehical when they noticed their mistake towed my car back to the apartments and I was 4 hours late for work.
this was the worst ever apartment ever I have lived, got the Area Manager her name is Sally in trouble by writting a letter to her boss and she refused to renew my lease, by the way this was the second manager that did this to me there. The fisrt manager refused to renew my lease the first time then changed her mind after I got her a new phone at sprint....by the way her name was Maudi and she was thrown in jail for eviting people for late rent when she stole their rent money, stealing from tennants when they were gone....she was also having an Affair with Trey Clifton (police offer) the one who harrased me. The only good thing about this apartment was Miquel the Maintenance guy and Krystal Duncan was also sweet, and has buetiful eyes. Above all the mail lady very nice, know all the drama going on and she refuses to live there and also said the apartment people will also go through your mail too.

This is the manager at the property. I am very interested to hear this info about a property that I have been at for about a year and a half. These things mentioned if they actually happened would have been many years ago and I am sorry if they had a bad experience. And if anything happens that would disturb neighbors, or cause for the property to be unsightly, would receive a notice on their door if they were in violation of their lease. The pool is a favorite spot for all that live here and we keep a very close eye on everyone to insure that all have pool passes and are allowed to be there. The courtesy officer that is mentioned is not one that we have currently. And as for the other accusations on office staff none of those people still work here and all the staff we have now is of the utmost integrity and most have been here for at least a year. We enjoy our residents and look forward to helping all to make this a good and comfortable place for everyone to live and call their home.
