The rent is very inexpensive, considering what I nave paid.

I had a carport, but on more than one occasion, someone parked there. I had to call the operator after hours, which was very helpful, and they contacted the security officer, who will call the tow truck. But, the apartments aren't to blame.

I never used the workout center, or pool, so can't really elaborate.

I would mention that the quality of people moving in, seem to be a bit less desirable as tenants, but, considering the area that the apartments are in, it is expected. I am a minority, so, no I am not being derogatory here and it is not a race issue. I just know that there are some criminals that live here.

There is someone in the neighborhood next to the complex that has garage parties all the time. From my apartment, I could hear the 80s music and laughing all the time. I know its unrelated to the apartments, but the neighborhood is right behind the complex so it can be annoying.

I could hear my neighbors arguing, and the people above me walking all the time. This is with any complex though.

I never had any issues with the apartment staff. Nice!

The gates were always working when I lived there

The water, if I remember correctly, was not metered, therefore I was paying about $25.00 for water, when I only pay $5.00 now at my current apartment because it is individually metered.
