It was alright when I moved it but police started showing up quite a bit the last few months I was there. The pool is nice but always overcrowded with kids and people from the neighborhood that sneak in.
There is a huge turnover with office staff because of management.
Water is extremely expensive here.
When I moved out I was charged for many things that I did not do to the apartment. If you do decide to live here make sure you put every knick scatch stain or they will make you pay for what the past tenants did. They get a great deal. They get to charge people twice.
I was walking around in the gated community late after dark thinking I would be safe but I am almost positive I saw drug deals going on.
The maintenance guy does a great job but they overwork him.
Many times I had to park in visitor parking because there was not parking by my building.
