Maintenance is horrible Maintenance is horrible! Downstairs AC doesn't work! No communication. Constantly having to ask about repair status. Won t finish a repair job and then they don't show up the next day as promised. Repairs are inadequate when they do show up.

Overall I would come back I moved out in November. I got my deposit back...in this day and age you hardly ever get it back. They brought on a new manager, Jill who was very nice for the short time we worked with her. Crystal the assistant has been there forever and is like a fixture.

Very Nice Now I used to live here from 2001-2002 when the lease was up, and the only reason I moved was because the price went from 605-635, but now that I'm making more money I'm moving back over there. The management has gone in and remodeled all units. I never had one problem
