not that great a place to live

The actual apartments are not that bad, a little oldish, but okay to live in.
Unfortunately what makes the arbors a bad place to live are your neighbors. My neighbors are constantly smoking at my door, which then seeps into my apartment. They are also often outside drinking and being loud. Another negative is that of my four neighbors i'm almost certain that at least two of them deal drugs.
Since I have been there my apartment has been broken into and someone was shot a couple of days ago.
Like i said, the apartments are okay, but your neighbors are what really make it a drag to live there.
