I have lived in The Arbors twice and gone through 2 managers. Both of them were not that good. The people are nice but you feel like you don't mean a thing to the personal. When you have a problem you have to wait a while before it gets fixxed. We waited for about a week to get a problem fixxed. Now along with your rent you pay a water bill with it, $10.00 per per adult in unit. The office is open on Saturdays for a little while, but I have seen and talked to two people that were here on a Saturday morning and there wasn't anyone in the office, after saying there would be someone there. There are issues with roofs and leaks, that seem to take forever to get fixxed. The floor plans aren't that bad, a little on the old side. As far as that goes, the apartments are not sealed real good, so you feel drafts. There are problems with the pool and people are ready to get into it. The apartments have been bought by someone else but the people who live there can't get a hold of anyone real easy at all. If you have to live there just be careful and really try to find another place as soon as you can. Yes it is close to everything that you would want to do, but be careful.
