Covered parking is innadequate, due to, too many residence parking multiple vehicles. The apartment policy is one vehicle allowed covered parking, but this is an apparent problem. I usually have to walk 100-200 yards to my apartment, after I find a non-covered parking space two or three buildings away. There are 12-14 buildings (each have approx. 16 apartments), this amounts to lots of vehicles. In an ideal world people would adhere to the parking policy, and things would be fine. I'm considering moving to a less expensive complex, that requires less hunting for and walking from parking spaces.
The laundy facilities and mailboxes are all located on the South/West corner of the complex, this means lots more walking, unless you want to give up that prime parking space and drive to check your mail(or do laundry), then you will have to walk the long distance anyway, because you probably won't have a parking space when you get back.
p.s. I have noticed a recent increase in loud and roudy kids in the complex.

I've noticed a parking problem recently also, in the last six months there seems to be more cars than covered parking spaces. when I visit I have to walk quite a distance.
