The apartment is fine. The price is very high. The rent goes up every year here. The staff is very rude,bitchy, and unprofessional. Partially the manager who you just want to slap the attitude right out of. They don't appreciate a good tenant. Not to mention the fact they will try to rip you off on you lease agreement so read it carefully especially the move out section. They tried to get me for a whole month of rent when I wouldn t be living in the apartment. Saying I need a 60 day notice. Didn t apply though because they failed to give me a notice that my lease was up. So they didn t hold up their part of the lease, I didn t owe them didly! Just be mindful that they can be very scandalous. Hoping for the day someone takes their butts to court and sues the crap out of them.
