The manager here, stacy, is a criminal. She forged my signature on numorus papers, and it's a known fact that she's a psycho. She WILL screw you over, and if you're black, she will talk down to you. On top of that, the police are there every day and night.

Man, your right as hell! That managar is a staight up -----!!!! Shes always trying to evict us with stupid ----. Cause we park in 2 spots on accident, or were out late. And, that ----- checks our home and tells us we need to clean it better to keep living here. What kinda ---- is that? How you gonna tell me I gotta clean a certain way. That don't make sense. She don't talk to the white people that way. I was told her own church fired her from teaching kids cause shes a racist. Serves her right

Actually, it does not matter what color you are. This lady goes to my church and I was told by one of my pastors in 2004, to go here, since I needed a place to live. So, I went to the Oak Grove Apartments, this lady took me to a table and sat me down and without me even completing any paperwork, such as application which would inform the management of my criminal history record (which I do have one, no sex or drug or offenses and no felonies) and she told that if I had anything at all, anything on my criminal history record that I could not be eligible to live at Oak Grove apartmens. Well, here it is in 2009, and I am again needing temporary shelter, because, I will get on my feet again, get a job and a car, and get my home of choice. So, I called the management to talk to them at Oak Grove apartments just a few moments ago and guess who answered the phone.... Stacy Bauer. I am a professional and I when answer phones I identify the business and myself. Not this lady, I don't think she knows the definition of professional. I suspected that she may know me should I have told her my real name so a gave a ficticious name and then asked her for her name, she did not give me her name, yet she put me on hold, and for three minutes I heard her discussing a personal matter. Once she returned to my phone, she called by my name and I asked her again what her name was, she became irate and started yelling at me, I told her that I wanted her name and so she gave it to me, but not before becoming ugle and unprofessional. I hung up the phone on her. I will report her the management, hopefully, she is not the owner of these low income apartments. I suggest you do the same. I am tired of people thinking they are above me, when God loves us all the same.
