I had lived on the bottom floor and some guy upstairs got drunk and fell asleep in the bathtub while it was running and at about 4 am it had flooded my apartment water was coming through all the mbedroom and bathroom light fixtures ruined my king sz bed. I have 2 kids and after it happened all they did at first was come in and suck the water out of the carpet and poke holes in the ceiling. Couldnt sleep in my bedroom for a week the manger did not offer to stay in another apt. The week i was there the carpet pad was molding and the whole apt. stank told her about it she says because i didnt have the windows open, were in the middle of texas summer and she wants me to keep my windows open all week. I called the owner and he made someone come in and pull up the carpet and put a bunch of fans underneath to dry the pad it was ridiculous as it is the carpet was dyed and dirty our feets got dirty walking on the carpet. would not reccommend ever!!!!!

I lived in the building across the parking lot. She wanted to move into a house and this was a way to move. I love living there and not planning on moving any time soon.
