Nice place to live - Not many places in Bastrop to rent...but even if there were this place would be on the top of my list. Prices are reasonable. Office staff is effecient. Run fast!!! I have lived there for 8 months and my car was broken into, my car towed due to no parking available. Parking is a nightmare!!
The rent is extremely high, it goes up every month. If I'm gonna pay that amount monthly, I expect for my car to be near me and safe from harm.

I like the place! Ive been here for two years and have had a great time.The new maneger is really nice and has worked very hard to upgrade the complex. The pool is kept very clean and the other people that live here seem very nice.
