A great place to live

The manager, Kelly and her main maintenance man Eric, are on the job. Anytime I have had a problem with a neighbor, or something that needed to be fixed, they were on it fast. Eric kept me in the loop each time someone needed to come into my apartment BEFORE they were there so I could hide any valuables. The apartments are so quiet, that I have become totally spoiled.

True, Eric saves the place. Kelly's long gone, we're on manager number three in eight months and the current one, Monica, has no work ethic: she closes the office early; doesn't keep posted hours; won't respond to answering service's "back number" calls.
