This is a great place to live since the new owners and management have taken over a year ago. The swimming pools have been redone with new lounge chairs. They have put in new lighting and the whole complex is pretty well lighted for me and my wife to take walks at night. A few of my friends and sister-in-law have moved in since with our recommendation. This is the best apartment complex in Bay City.
