I am an out of town contractor who works at STP once a year. At times I come out for months to do work at STP. I have been staying at Nichols Square's corporate units for years. The past year has been great with the changes the new owners and management have made. The apartments are cleaner and each time they provide you with new sheets and towels. The complex is pretty quiet as sometimes I work the nightshift and sleep during the day. The new manager, Amy and her assistant, Tonya are real helpful and pleasant to deal with. They have redone the swimming pool and the grounds are beautiful. Now that I have lived here before I get first preference at shutdown, as at shutdown these corporate units are in high demand. Nichols Square has my approval.
