I was impressed by the Nichols Square, compared to an other that I looked at. Nichols was clean and rather prompt to fix issues. I lived in a corporate rental and plan to return should I be assigned to the area again.
The office staff Lorie, Amy and Tonya were plesant and very helpfull. The grounds were nice. Problems were fixed promptly and the residents were quiet. The location is rural or on the perimeter of town. The cost was slightly higher but worth it compared to associates feedback at other corporate apartments in town. Compared to the cost and quality of unit in Pennsville, New Jersey, the rates are a real steal/deal.
