I am a long term resident of Riverway Apartment Homes and I an glad to say that! I just wanted to let everyone know that this place is the BEST in town. All of the new renovations that CRES has done since they purchased the community are outstanding! New fitness center, resident business center, and an updated office to boot! The staff couldn't be better. The maint. team works so hard to keep the place nice that you would feel bad to throw your trash on the ground. Thanks for making and keeping my HOME the BEST in Bay City!!!!
