I have lived here for 4 months and my washer has been broken since day one. Everytime I call about it, it takes a few days for them to get there to look at it. I cant remember how many times they've been & "fixed it". Then they try & tell me the reason its broken is because I put a BATHROOM RUG in it! Come on!!! If you dont know whats wrong with it tell me & get someone else to fix it. Dont tell me "Well i guess your going to have to wring your cloths out until we can get it fixed."
