I have lived at Riverway for one and one half tears and can truthfully say it is very nice now.
The tenants that wrote the nasty review of management were asked to leave by management for the health and safety of the rest of us.They caused the problem and management did their best to correct it quickly.
Since new ownership and management took over about 9 months ago this place has really improved. Better residents,better lighting,better control of noise,etc.
Karen and crew work hard to make this a great place to live
