I have lived in Riverway apartments for about 10 months now and The environment here is very nice and welcoming. The Staff here are very professional. Maintanance is very thorough aswell. We have a dog and atleast twice a month they do pest control in each apartment! I have to say these are the best apartments in Bay City and I strongly recommend living here!
