do not rent an apartment here This was my first time renting an apartment instead of a house and I thought that these were decent apartments, after moving in I found out I had been wrong. The office manager would rather have a tenant move out when they have a problem than to resolve the issue

Best place to live in Bay City I have been living here about 4 months and really enjoy it here. The office staff is very nice to deal with and helpful especially Lorie who rented the apartment to me. The maintenance people take care of the problems pretty quick. Also the grounds are super clean.
