Nice place to live Nice and quiet. We enjoy the pool in the summer. We really appreciate that it's gated. Makes it a little more private and there are no strangers driving around our neighborhood. We really like our neighbors and the staff.

***New Management*** BayBrook has really turned into a GREAT community to live at...they have a tanning bed and a fitness center and the girls in the office are very professional and friendly. Bay City Police Department does security now and overall its been a great choice for me and my family.
