#1. Management company is horrible... their broke.
#2. The --------- manager is rude& the manager is never available for anyone... the only one that cared isn't there anymore..
#3. Maintenace crew is a joke.
#4. They allow felons & drug dealers to live there.
#5. This is not a family friendly community.
#6. HEY U FELONS AND DRUGS DEALERS... NEED A PLACE TO LIVE, 3700 IS THE PLACE FOR YOU......

THEY ARE RIGHT!!! I though I was the only one, but I guess many are suffering from the same problem. POOR property management. Be very careful with --------- manager. That lady is the MOST UNPROFFESIONAL person I met in my life. She has no knowledge of lease contract and indeed she allows felons and exconvied to this property. I am so glad I am out of here... E2-Property please leave, let someone with experience manage this place... What happened with the past manager? New manager blends good with --------- manager.

I think this manager is doing a very good job, given the situation in which she has to work. She appears to be trying to clean up the place and make it more livable for the folks who want a better place to live. I have known her for a number of years and she is a dedicated person with expierence as manager of several apartment projects in the past. I say more power to her. Jim
