Maintenance is Severely Lacking

I currently live here and the only thing I can say that is sorely neglected are resident's requests for maintenance. For everything I put a request, it takes sometimes up to 4 requests for the work to be done. From a roof leak or to replace floor tile. If you want to live here, the trees are beautiful and it's pretty quiet, but if you're looking for responsive management, look elsewhere!
