	I hated this place... They would never fix anything I had to send letters to the bbb and had the city of baytown come by and inspect the apartment it was then when they finally started fixing things...

	LIVED HERE FOR 6 MONTHS, GLASS AROUND MY STAIRS FROM BRAKE IN SEPT 19 2008 TO PRESENT ( NOV 23) SO FAR. TOOK 2 MONTHS TO FIX A SHOWER HEAD. MAKE PROMISES BUT DONT MEAN ANYTHING, EVEN FROM THE MANAGER.

	In the past year we have a new manager and new maintenance man. The grounds are clean. The office staff walks around the grounds making sure that everything is in order. The gates are repaired promptly when they break. And ... more
