If you want a nice place to live for a great price Baker Downs is the place to go. Before I moved in I checked all around. I even drove around at night at several complexes. By far this was the quietest with very little going on at night. No walking around, or just cruising the parking lot. The price was great and the maintenance was always prompt and friendly. Management was friendly but was also strict about enforcing rules. I have been transfered but if I ever return to this area I know where I will go!!!!
