Baker Downs

 

My husband and I have lived in this apartment for 3 1/2 years.

When we first moved in it was nice and clean.

Over time they have gone down hill.

The maintenance workers do not do there job done right.

They rent out the club house with no A/C in the middle of the summer with out telling you.

They will tell you that they will get lights out in the parking lots for our safty and I yet to see it.

I know of so many crimes that have happened in the past three years they might not have happened if they would just put lights up so people can see when they walk.

Do not get me started on there so call wieght room.

Nothing there works and and there is not A/C or Heater.

The speed bumbs are killers.

An no one can park.

I have to park away from my apartment and have to walk because no one knows how to park in one parking spot they have to park in two.

I can go on and on about how bad this apartment is.

I will be moving out in two months when my lease is up and I am glad.

If you like to live in a dump then you can move in there if not then go some where else.
