Baker Downs is a great place to live! Management is always making upgrades to the property.The Clubhouse has been remodeled and they are repairing the parking lot right now.They are always so friendly. The Manager said that the Weight room will be thier next project.
Management DOES NOT allow any sort of Criminals to live here & They DO NOT allow anyone to just loiter around on the property. That makes us feel Very Very SAFE.We both just love the People that work here & My neighbors are really nice. We couldn't ask for a nicer place to live!
