I HAVE BEEN LIVING AT BAKER DOWNS FOR 3YRS. I ENJOY THE COMPLEX BECAUSE IT IS QUIET AND SAFE. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH CRIME OR ANY OHTER TYPE OF ACTIVITY. THE CURRENT OFFICE STAFF IS REAL PLEASANT. YOU ARE GREETED WITH A FRIENDLY SMILE AND A GENERAL CONCERN FOR YOUR NEEDS. SUSAN HAS DONE A GREAT JOB IN CARING FOR THE COMPLEX AND THE RESIDENTS. OVERALL I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND I WOULD SUGGEST BAKER DOWNS TO ANYONE. IF YOU ARE SINGLE OR HAVE A FAMILY BAKE DOWNS CATERS TO ANYONE.
