We have lived here at Baker Downs Apts. for nearly two years. We have often recommended Baker Downs to potential renters. The manager, office staff and maintenance staff are all very nice to deal with. They have always been courteous and attentive to any needs that we may have. It's a quiet place to live and the grounds are well kept. The apartments are very nice at an affordable rate (and we did look at other apts). The location is great...right in town but out of the way of mainstream traffic. We highly recommend Baker Downs.
